work has kept me incredibly busy, but here is a boring story for you all... nothing interesting to report. maybe when o comes back at the end of may i'll have some more to entertain y'all with! stay tuned :)

one fine day a while back, i took a friday off from work. i come back on monday, only to find that there were hole punches literally all over the floor of my cube. after some investigation, i found out my ol' buddy john w borrowed my hole puncher, but in the process, spilled all the holes punches all over my floor. he thought that it would be vacuumed up by the time i got back, but apparently not. so there we were, on the floor, picking up all the bits and pieces of paper that had scattered everywhere.

cut to friday, john w decides to come by and visit and borrow my hole puncher again. he even told me, before he walked into my cube, that he promised not to make a mess. i said, sure, and he walked in to punch the papers. lo and behold, john w picks it up, and guess what? paper holes fly everywhere, on my desk and floor. i think someone needs to get john w a hole puncher for his bday ;)
